The South Facing Pool benefits from a large Decked area with ample reclining sun loungers, with unlimited Wi-Fi you can browse the web as much as you like. Alternatively you can play your access your favorite music on Spotify using our “Sonos” speakers to create that ultimate summer vibe, whilst toping up your tan by the pool.
Located nearby is your own bar (Flatley’s) at Flatley’s you have access to the fully stocked ‘Honesty’ Fridge for a chilled drink or you can create your own summer cocktails, perfect for making the most of being Outdoors. - Please don’t forget to drop your Euro’s into the ‘Honesty Box’
The Pool itself is 9m x 4m with corner steps making easy access. The Pool is heated in the Months of May / June / September and October.
** Please note - Occasionally the pool used by us as your hosts, but we will of course always ask your permission in advance.
The Pool is open from 9am till 9pm.
Swimming is at your own risk - No lifeguard is provided.
Nestled in the center of the Oasis - This is our favorite addition ‘Flatleys’. We wanted to create an area for the entire party to be able to Wine and dine or relax and Chill after a long sunny day in the Algarve.
This area has been intentionally split into 3 Zones - Bar / Lounge and Games Room.
The Bar consists of a large 3 Meter Charcoal BBQ / Summer Kitchen / External Pizza Oven / Industrial Sized Fridge with a large 55’’ Flat screen TV facing the 4 Bar Stools with full Sky Media package / Sonos and leads onto the external dining space.
The Lounge is nestled at the end of the Games area. We have provided Family Board Games / Books and many other little touches to allow the family time to enjoy themselves together. By admission, This is a wonderful area to relax at any time.
Facing this area you will find ‘Meeting of the Water’s’ your own Free flowing waterfall that cascades into a pond with its own Wooden Bridge giving a wonderful viewing point across the valley - Those with a sharp eye might also catch a glimpse of our Koi Carp.
The introduction of feature external lighting also allows this space to be used at any time of day.
Located either side to the Chalet at the front of the Village you will find the 2 Air conditioned Safari Lodges - ‘‘Tom’’ and ‘‘Harry’’ These Lodges are proving very popular due to there unique style.
Our Safari Lodges ‘The Woody 38’ is the most popular model on the market and is based on a classic African lodge tent with a robust wooden frame and canvas walls. New for 2022 - A New Dreamer 49 Safari Lodge, “The Presidential Suite” this has designed to provide you with ultimate luxury, very spacious with a lounge, dining room and kitchen. It 20% larger than the current two lodges and benefits from a Pellet Burner, 55’’ TV with the full Media package and a large wrap around deck with seating and dining furniture to name some additions.
Next to The Presidential Suite you will find a 5-person hot tub/jacuzzi “Passion Spa” with lovely views across the valley.
The additional prices are as follows should you wish to consider them,
• Upgrade 1 lodge to the use of the Presidential Suite that includes the use of the Hot Tub - £400 for the length of your stay.
• Increase your party size and include the 4th Lodge (Capacity 6 People) - £950 for the length of your stay.
• Keep your existing reservation and only include the use of the Hot Tub - £250 for the length of your stay.
Please note we also also rent out the Presidential Lodge individually ‘Off Season’ should you wish to consider that.
The Chalet is located close to the swimming pool and in between the 2 safari tents. Internally the chalet benefits from air conditioning, it has 2 bedrooms, master bedroom has a double bed, bedroom 2 has 2 x single beds. There is also a small room which has been cleverly converted into a unique surround sound cinema with 2 x reclining chairs and a 3D TV with Full Sky Package TV in its own TV Room and a strong 4G Wi fi signal through out. The lounge and open plan kitchen benefit from washing machine, 2 ring electric hob and microwave oven, also befitting from double doors out onto the garden area.
The garden area In front of the Chalet is AstroTurf with a wrought iron dining table and chairs,perfect for a picnic and ideally located close to the pool area,
‘Casa do Amor’ is the latest addition to the Holiday Village and can be used for any small intimate event.
Its perfectly placed next to the Bar area and leads out onto the Lawn. Its weather proofed and allows all events to continue should the weather change for the worst.
Trailing from the apex of the Tipi are Stunning white Fairy lights creating a Ceiling of magical lights that look amazing at night time.
The 4 Bedroom Villa is also available at additional cost should you wish to accomodate for up to 24 People spread out across the Holiday Village.
We are perfectly set up for the smaller Occasion and most definitely not the larger numbers. The Village is built with many factors considered and ‘relaxation’ is one of them and its for that reason louder music needs to be stopped at 11pm. We simply envisage the smaller / relaxed occasion. We hope you respect our decision and understand.

Perfectly placed near the Children’s Play area you will find a further external Shaded Patio Area and linked to a further 'Al- Fresco' Dining Area, comprising of a Charcoal BBQ and Sink giving you the perfect retreat to get you out of the midday heat and prepare your Piri Piri or relax with a cold glass of Sangria - Enjoy ;-)
This addition is well liked by our guests as its location allows the Children to play and be view whilst Dinner / Tea or even breakfast is being cooked!! The Pergola also allows you the facility to be able to eat under some much needed shade.
Ideally placed next to the Outdoor / Indoor dining, Kitchen and bar area is this wonderful feature. Placed under the same Pergola is a Full size Slate Snooker table and a Darts Board. This zone gives hours and hours of Entertainment to all. This is Stephens Favourite Feature :-)
This is a wonderful feature, with the idea coming from our last renovation and with the input from our 5 year old son!
The area consists of many various toys including a small bouncy castle and various Little Tikes Toys for the Children to play with. The main feature is the Treehouse Wickey Neverland Gold Edition all built with in a 16 Square Meter Purpose Built Play area.
The little ones can live their dreams on the NEVERLAND Gold sailing ship. The NEVERLAND Gold Edition is an expansion of the Wickey NEVERLAND treehouse and offers even more and varied playtime fun. So hoist the two giant sails and explore unchartered waters with this gigantic adventure ship! Children master wind and rain with this ship and sail over the waves as if they were flying. Kids can swing up high to observe sharks and other sea creatures. When the sea gets stormy, they can hide away with their friends in the treehouse – the NEVERLAND Gold has enough space for everyone. They'll also be safe here from pirates and buccaneers. Children can let their imaginations run wild and create a deserted island, a treehouse in a fairy tale forest, or a jungle with a rickety rope bridge out of the ship.
The outer section of the floor area is also covered with Astro Turf allowing the Children to use the various Cycles and other toys that require a flat service.
This area is huge and really well received by our Guests.
Please note however due to the intense and direct Sun rays the Astro Turf can and does get hot so the wearing of Shoes is essential.

Whether that be Garden Chess, Jenga, Board Games or Petanca to name a few - These lovely additions prove popular and always bring a little light Entertainment. Food packages in fact for any occasion whether that be for your arrival, a Movie Night, Football Afternoon or a Pic Nic - Let us know what you want and we will go to the local shops for you to save your time and enable yourselves to relax even further.
We are no Astronomers but the clear skies on a Summers Evening are truly amazing and something not to be missed - In the upper area of the village you will find a small setting also known as ‘Somewhere only we know’ hosting its own Telescope and 2 Extra large ‘Fatboy’ Hammocks. A lovely way to spend a Family Friendly evening - Enjoy :-)
This area naturally also gives some Shade late Afternoon and is a lovely little snug area to have a nap, relax and unwind.
At the Holiday Village we hope you have everything you need but should you wish to venture out - Be that to a local Amusement Park, a Restaurant, the Beach or even the airport, we highly recommend using ‘Roger’
Roger can also provide tickets for Theme parks if required - He will cater for as many or as few persons as required. We have been working with Roger now for over 3 Years and he has always looked after our guests extremely well.
